Terms of service

Software for tracking supplies, schedules and measurements you enter yourself, and for doing arithmetic on them.

It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. It is not a substitute for advice from a clinician, and it is not pharmacy or medical services.

Every number PepStepper displays is derived from a number you entered. It does not originate doses, recommend protocols, or suggest that you increase or decrease anything.

Where an approved product has a published escalation schedule, PepStepper may show that schedule as a quotation with its source printed alongside. That is a public regulatory document being reproduced for your reference. It is not a recommendation, it is not filled in for you, and the product you have is very likely not the product that label describes.

You are responsible for what you do. Check the arithmetic against the vial and the barrel in your hands before you act on it.

PepStepper does not sell, supply, source or broker any compound, and contains no links to anywhere that does. It is software, and only software.

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — anyone with it can read your entire log.

Do not use a temporary or disposable email address. Reminders are most of what the product does, and they need somewhere real to arrive.

Plans are billed through Stripe. A trial requires a card up front and converts automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

Cancel any time from billing. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period. Your log stays yours and exports either way.

Founding-member seats are a one-time payment, capped at 100 and honoured as such. Lifetime means for as long as PepStepper operates.

You earn credit when someone you referred makes their first real payment — not when they sign up, and not during a trial.

Referring yourself does not work. A second account of your own, an alias of your address, or your own card on both sides all resolve to the same person and the referral is void.

If a referred payment is later refunded or disputed, the credit is reversed. Both entries stay on your ledger.

PepStepper is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you should not rely on it as the only record of anything that matters to you.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, attacks it, or uses it to break the law — and if we do, you keep the right to export your data.
